TERRIBLE CUSTOM SERVICE AND CHEAPLY OPERATED WEBSITE!
Barneys website already have such bad review and now it makes sense to me why barneyswarehouse.com is so TERRIBLE! This is the second time I couldn’t place my order due to “error”.
The first time it happened i used my VISA Credit Card. Order was PLACED , the page even said THANK YOU FOR YOUR ORDER. I paid EXTRA for Shipping just so it can get here on time. Few days later I realize I've never gotten a confirmation email. I immediately called in just to find out my order never went through. So I logged into my bank and saw that the payment got CLEARED TWICE!!! Not once but TWICE. Not Pending either but CLEARED! So I asked the representative how come no one call to notify me about such incident? And she said ” Yeah sorry, we don't normally call. The customer usually call us.”...... WHAT? So anyway, i let that pass and look at it as a lesson to be more careful next time and call in right away if it does happen again.
Fast forward to a month later, i decided to give it another try. This time i used my MASTER DEBIT CARD. Same thing, “error”. However, I’m experience now and make my move quick because i really love this top for such a bargain of only $288. This time the rep wasn’t as pleasant as the other one. She’s SUCH A B*tch! I never understood how a high-end company would hire such a miserable person to work for them. I expressed my concern to her as I do not understand what is it that I'm doing wrong to keep running into unnecessary problem like this. Yet she answered me by REPEATEDLY tell me to call my bank and something is wrong with my bank. First of all, every other website takes my money with NO PROBLEM, only BARNEYS would give me such headache over $200ish!!!
No wonder why their stores are closing!!! You might as well just close it all together! With this kind of customer service you wouldn't last long anyway!
